I omitted the sugar, used fresh strawberries and made this. Love it! Thank You!

I used fresh strawberries, stems and all. The stems have a lot of nutrients in them, so they're great to keep in your smoothie. I'd probably nix the sugar next time to make this healthier. I might also try adding some low-fat yogurt or frozen yogurt to thicken it up. Overall, a great base recipe to play with.

This was really nice and refreshing. I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen. I halved the milk content, and added 1/2 cup of low fat yogurt. And I substituted the sugar with honey, just slightly healthy. great drink!

This is one yummy smoothie! The only substitution I made was Splenda for the sugar. It was so easy to make and so delicious. Thanks, Steph!

This is perfect, it came out so thick! My kids loved it and I did too. I didnt have a banana and I added about 3 or 4 tablespoons of cream cheese. Thanks so much for a great recipe!
