I love the sauce. I was out of pineapple juice so I had to sub with orange juice. I cooked the sauce and boiled it down then drizzled it over the baked salmon fillets and broiled it for 1 - 2 minutes, just until it browns. This was flavouful enough without having to serve the sauce on the side. I will try this sauce on ribs the next time. Thanks for posting.

I don't know what to add to this other than it is wonderful! Thank you for posting it. I did cut back the cayenne to 1/4 t. as my husband doesn't like too spicy food and it was just right. Try this one, you won't be sorry.

I like the sauce, so well-balanced and really enhanced the flavor of the grilled Salmon. This recipe made plenty of sauce. The second time I made this, I brushed the fillets with the sauce instead of using salt and pepper, and it was even better. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

This recipe is sooooo good and easy that my kids were begging me to make this again. Only thing is, my leftover sauce from last Friday did not taste as good today ( 4 days later ), so I would not suggest keeping it for use at a later date. Other than that, absolutely delicious recipe. Thank you so much for sharing.

YUM!!!!! I placed this in a glass baking dish and basted both sides with the sauce. I cooked it at 375 for about 15 minutes and then broiled it for 3-4 at the end...basting one more time jst before broiling. I then reduced the sauce till it was quite thick (I did use fresh pinapple juice as well) we drizzled it over the top. Delish!

Excellent! The flavor is the best. We ended up baking the salmon in the oven, ( DH forgot to check the gas on our gas grill, it was gone!) Oven baked for about 20- 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Then we broiled for about 2 minutes, delicious!

Another favorite salmon recipe. This sauce has the perfect amount of kick to it. Instead of grilling, I bake it at 400 for 15-20 min or until i can flake the fish with a fork. I add extra sauce to salmon right before serving.

Good sauce. However,I would suggest reducing the cayenne to 1/4tsp if you don't like your food hot because the heat really comes through on this one.

I tried this and it turned out fantastic. I've made it about half a dozen times or so now. The first time I make it I tasted the sauce by itself and was a bit worried because it was an odd taste to me, but it's a great compliment to the salmon.

This made a delicious salmon dish, and that's coming from a person who normally doesn't care for salmon. Sweet and spicy, the sauce was the perfect complement - in fact I liked it so much I used it on the wild rice I served with the salmon as well. Thanks for giving me a reason to eat more of this healthy fish
