Definitely 5 stars in our book. I have made it at least 5 times now (3 times for us, 2 times to take to others). It makes so much, the two of us can munch on it all weekend! I use a course ground deli type mustard & do add an extra splash of vinegar. Also add some sliced mushrooms which I've boiled in lightly salted water for 1 minute. Just delicious! Thanks!

This is the salad I served for our Christmas Eve dinner. Very easy. I made it eary that morning and let it marinate all day. The dressing had a wonderful tangy, zesty flavor. A crowd pleaser as there was none left. Thanks Nurse Di.

Great salad which keeps for few days - we also added broccoli and some golden italian dressing just because I had doubled the vegetables and not the original dressing.

This was a wonderful salad. I increased the white wine vinegar to 1/2 cup because I like the zestiness it adds to the flavor. Had a fresh zippy-zing to it. This would be good for any occasion and will be used alot here. Thanks.

I needed a good and easy salad recipe to serve for my Dad's birthday dinner, so I tried this one. Wonderful fresh brisk flavored dressing. I let the salad marinate for 4 hours and that gave the vegetables plenty of flavor. I added some chopped broccoli and mushrooms into the mix. Very versatile. Thanks.

Great salad! Only change I made was to subsitute 1/2 tsp. onion salt and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt for the regular salt. Just before serving I added just a touch of seasoned salt, as well. Very light, tasty and refreshing! You could get creative with this dish and add chopped chicken or other meat, cheese, or pasta as one reviewer noted. Thanks, Nurse Di!

This salad worked out very well when I brought it to a potluck as there was very little left at the end of the evening.

I added two cups of tri colored pasta to salad. Was great. Not any left between just my dh and myself. Will make again soon!
