A marvelous dish for a crowd. The flavors were wonderful together, complimenting each other and giving the dish a decidedly homestyle dish. I used ready-cut spaghetti which worked out well. It was easy to prepare, and was a memorable dish on our table. I will be using this dish again. Thanks for sharing, Anita.

This rocks! To simplify I combined the soup(reduced fat), broth, rotel, and velveeta then melted it all in the microwave. I then stirred in cooked broken spaghetti and chicken into the bowl and poured in baking dish. Super simple and delicious. Next time will add some chopped broccoli for a one dish meal. Thanks for posting.

I changed this around a bit — it's a great way to get rid of leftover pasta. I used shredded mozzarella instead of Velveeta, and plain old diced tomatoes instead of Ro-tel. Going for the pseudo-Italian, and it worked great! Goes in the file for "what to do with the leftovers."

Being from the North, I have never even heard of Chicken Spaghetti, however, we live in the South now and I decided I needed to try it. This is the best recipe I have ever tasted. My whole family raved about it. Thanks you so much for such an easy yet delicous recipe. I definately will be making this again and again!

This was SO good! I only had Garlic Cream of Mushroom soup, so I used that. Plus, after baking, it didn't seem creamy enough, so I added a can of Cheddar Cheese soup. Then, just for looks, sprinkled an Italian-blend cheese on top. This will become a regular at our house!

I used 2 large cans of white chicken and a 12 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese instead of the chicken breasts and Velveeta. Very tasty and easy. We really enjoyed. 8-)

All my kids loved this, I have 6 kids so it's hard to please them all at once
. I used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom and Cambells Cheddar Cheese Soup instead of Velveeta and a can of Roasted Garlic and Onion Tomatoes it was a big hit at our house!

Super easy and delicious recipe! Made exactly as stated except I covered the pan while baking so the velveeta would not get too brown...nice change of pace! Thanks for posting.

This was great! I used the extra hot rotel tomatoes and the pepperjack cheese velveeta since we love heat. I broke the nnodles in half before cooking to make it easier to eat. It was truly delicious!
