Wow! This is pretty "musty"!!! I "must" have some more!!! If you like a smokey, creamy dip with plenty of heat, this is the dip for you. I have been practicing making different dips for a party, and this wonderful dip will definately be served. The heat of the chiles and the creamy coolness of the mayonnaise explode in your mouth, but it leaves a wonderful, spicy impact. Thanks, Bev, for sharing this simple, easy to make, memorable recipe.

I just loved this! I really didn't expect to, as I'm not a fan of spicy foods, but I figured it would be a crowd-pleaser at the Super Bowl party I went to. I pureed the chipotles & scallions in a mini food processer, and used a bit of lemon zest instead of juice (just felt like it). Oh so good!!

This is a delicious dip for veggies or chips and soooo easy. I made the recipe just as posted except to use a little more chipotle - nice & spicy - thanks, Bev! P.S. I told my company that if they ate this dip, they would begin to look just like you - presto, dip gone!!

Delicious! I was looking for something simple and quick for unexpected guests, and this fit the bill perfectly. It was a big hit! I did add a bit more chipotles and adobo sauce. Thanks for posting!

SO GOOD!! I love anything with chipotle, and this is no exception. I used 4 chipotles, and might just throw in one more the next time around. I also used a little extra adobo sauce. I just couldn't help myself! Thanks Bev. This is a great and easy dip.

Made this for Super Bowl party, dh doesn't like anything with mayo but immediately asked who made the great dip. I would use additional chipotle peppers and sauce next time like other reviewers suggested. This was good on veggies and even better on potato & tortilla chips.

I purchased some chipotle chiles in adobo for another recipe (Fajita Salad) so I've been searching for more recipes to use up the remaining chipotles. This dip is wonderful way to use them! It has a great southwestern flavor. I used my food processor to blend everything thoroughly and served it along with Chipotle Burger Topped With Grilled Onions and Cheese. Thanks for posting.
