Theses were good. I tried a few at first just to check on the taste. I found them a little bland so I add some chilli powder to the flour.The coating of the nuggets didnt turn brown when I baked it. Kids would defintly love 'em . I guess it needs a lil more spicy.

We had no bread crumbs or cheese...sooo I crushed up croutons...it gave them a nice crunchy taste and I LOVE The fact they are baked. We'll be making these again.

Wonderful! Simple to prepare and clean-up was a breeze! Very yummy, too. Behind my back, I caught my hubby snacking on them even while they were cooling.
I had a little more than a lb of chicken, so I had to double the breadcrumbs/parmesan mixture. Next time i'll be cutting the chicken into nugget-size pieces instead of strips. This is a definite keeper, especially since I can freeze it. Makes a great OAMC recipe!

WOW this was wonder full, tasted almost like the boxed stuff that I love but know isnt healthy, yet it was all real stuff found in my kitchen. I added a bit of Mrs Dash Garlic seasoning, just to spice up my breat crumbs a little.
Made some homemade honey mustard and we ate away, it was a hit especially with my 1.5 year old daughter who finished off 4 peices
before anything else on her plate

Really good and easy. I used gluten free waffle crumbs and soya milk and it still tasted great.

This recipe was suggested to me and my wife by our best friend Chef Paula G. Our 21 month old granddaughter was in town and is a real picky eater. She ate 6 of the nuggets and wanted more.The nuggets were easy to prepare and tasted great. Thanks for the recipe! ChefChefB

1st time making homemade nuggets and they were juicy and delicious! They were very easy to make and tasted much better than frozen kind. I will definetly make these again!

These were ok. My one y/o DD seemed to like them, but my DH didn't like the parmesan and I thought they were bland. This is my first attempt at making chicken nuggets, tho, so maybe part of it was my novice.

I made this several nights ago. We all really liked this recipe. I added some Frank's hot sauce to the egg mix and added a bit of spice (cayenne and chili powder) to the flour mix since my family likes spice. Thanks so much for this recipe UC I will be making again!
