Everyone loved these and kept raving about them! And such an easy treat to prepare. I made this with 1 pomegrate to 1 bag (11-12 oz) of chips. Rinsing and drying the seeds is key to this recipe. After 45 minutes in the refrigerator these were cooled enough to put into a container. Gave this recipe out several times. Thanks for making me look good.

I followed the recipe exactly and didn't have enough chocolate to sufficiently coat the seeds from the two pomegranates. When I make these again, I'll do as the previous reviewer suggested and use one pomegranate to one bag of chips. They still tasted great though and made a nice addition to my holiday treats.

I used the microwave to heat my chocolate and also used the extra chips! The pomegranate seeds pop in your mouth. In order to get the seeds out easier and keep my hands stain free, I scored the pomegranate then peeled and took off the white parts while the pomegranate was submerged in a bowl of water. The seeds fell to the bottom and then I drained the water off. These are wonderful and easy to make!

These are delicious! The juicy seeds give an interesting sensation with the creamy chocolate. They are definitely addictive! I found they are best if eaten the day or the day after you make them. Any longer than that, any seeds that may have ruptured when removing the seeds from the pomegranate make the chocolate a little watery. I quartered the recipe for about 1/2 a pomegranate. Yum!

Unbelievable! I used one pomegranate for one bag of chocolate chips and the amounts worked out perfectly. This was fantastic!

I made this last night exactly as suggested and they came out perfect! What a neat way to use pomegranates, and healthy way to use chocolate. What could be better?! I did use 2 organic pomegranates and they tend to run smaller than conventional ones so the 1 bag per 2 pomegranates worked well for me. Thank you!

These were wonderful! I used extra-dark chocolate (that's all I had in the house). They are ridiculously simple, and elegant. Thank you for posting this recipe.
