An excellent, easy bread recipe that turns out much nicer looking than a foil wrap method. It's terrific "as is" but for variety I'll be trying it with different flavored vinegars. The olive oil browns nicely without being greasy. A real winner. Thanks SlipC!

Delicious, simple yet good. I had never even thought of puttingvinegar on bread but went for and and boy am I glad I did. The bread went well with steaks. Leftovers were a good snack with a movie later.

Excellent! The perfect companion to grilled chicken, a garden salad dressed with Key Lime juice, and a pitcher of Sangria. A wonderful hot summer's day lunch. I will be doing this quite often. I was thinking of maybe trying Lemon-pepper the next time. Yah never know, it might be good, at least it's worth a try. Thanx for posting this great recipe. Pierre

I just got a new BBQ and this was one of the first things I did on it. This is beyond simple and good!! I make my own bread so I cut up some thick slices, oiled and vinegared it and loved it. This will be my side bread of choice (instead of buns) whenever I BBQ (which will be quite a bit this year methinks) Thanks for this terrific and easy recipe.
