Your mom has it goin' on! This was so easy and so good! I did stir every so often to mix the cream cheese in good. At first I thought I would have to add some water because it looked so thick, but as it cooked it got nice and creamy! My husband loves cream of corn and I will be making this again soon! Thanks, this is a keeper!

My husband said: "This was good, rich, but good"! I cooked this exactly 4 hours, and stirred occasionally. I prepared this is in a 3 1/2-quart crock pot. It made 5 to 6 servings. I'm sure you could double the recipe, and it would still fit in a 3 1/2 qt. sized crock pot.

Mmmm, comfort food! This corn is so creamy and rich, it's perfect for a cold winter evening (although that won't stop me from making it year round). My husband went back for seconds and he NEVER goes back for seconds, especially on vegetables! This dish is at the top of my list for my next buffet-style meal or pitch-in; almost no prep work and I can keep it warm right in the crockpot.

My mom and I have been making this for years. I don't always use frozen corn - sometimes I use canned with the juices drained. I always add a can of diced green chiles and sometimes I use Mexicorn too.

Truly wonderful! This dish is very rich and makes you think you can only eat a little, but it is so good that you just keep eating it. This is great comfort food and everyone should try it...at least once!

This is SO good! I've made it twice now and both times I've had requests for the recipe. The only change I made is that I turned the slow cooker up to high for last hour of cooking. I paired this will BBQ pork sandwiches and a green salad. Everyone devoured it.

Rave reviews for this recipe! I used home-frozen corn, this recipe had the freshest taste of any creamed corn I've ever eaten! Thanks, SlipC!
