I substituted olive oil and balsamic vinegar and added a bit more parmesan cheese. Wow, everybody loved it. We have been using this daily for the last 3 weeks. I have a very picky family and we don't give many 5-star ratings.

Very good! I added 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning the second time I made it. This will be our household standard for Italian dressing from now on!

This dressing is delicious. Very easy to make, and even better the next day after the flavors have a chance to blend. I did add a little bit more parmesan cheese, and salt, and it was perfect. Forget bottled dressings. This one is it for us. Thanks

This dressing is fabulous!! Thank you! This is the only dressing that everyone in my family loves! There are 8 of us and everyone liked a different kind of dressing so I had many many bottles in the fridge. I now have more space in my fridge. I didn't change a thing. I made the salad dressing exactly as the recipe states, which is rare for me...lol.

this is great. my mom has started making this all the time now because it is so quick and easy.it is also extremely versitile. she uses it to make everything from pasta salad to tuna fish. it's a great alternative to mayo.
