Definitely worthy of the five-star rating. This dip is so easy to make and I usually have all the ingredients on hand and in the future will ensure that I do, as it can be whipped up in about 5 minutes for unexpected company. I chopped the artichokes right out of the can (drained) and skipped the boiling step. I added about 1 tbsp of lemon juice for a little zing and used fresh garlic instead of the garlic powder. This is excellent served with toasted pita chips or bagel chips.

Absolutely addictive and a snap to make! I didn't have any red pepper flakes the first time I made it, so I used Hungarian paprika instead and it was so good I have continued to do so each time I make it. I serve it with nacho chips rather than bread or crackers. Goes equally well with beer and wine.

This is delicious! I couldn''t eat my main course I ate so much of this! It isn''t quite the same as olive garden (I think they bake theirs and put tomatoes on top) but it is quite yummy.

A wonderful recipe, thanks Todd. A+ for speed. I think start to finish it took me 5 minutes to whip up this delightful dip. Only changes I made was using less artichokes and more spinach (family preference) and more garlic. To preserve the vitamins in the spinach and artichokes I heated it up in the microwave instead of boiling it.

This dip tastes very close to Olive Gardens. I think it is missing a bit of zip though, maybe mayo and some onion flavor. Also, OG's is baked and topped with tomatoes but that would be easily done with this dip too. Next time I would use a bit more parmesan cheese. I did use a 12 ounce jar of artichokes and a little more spinach. All in all a nice and easy dip to make.

This is an awesome recipe, we loved it! I put some parmesan on top and put it in the broiler for a few minutes, it was GOOD!

This is a good starter recipe, and it is tasty as is. For my tastes, the "stuff" to cream cheese ratio is off in this recipe. I doubled (approximately)the amounts of parmesan, spinach, and artichoke hears and added a handfull of finely chopped pickled jalapeno peppers. The dip was a huge hit at my family Christmas party. Served it with red and green tortilla chips, but I will try it on toasted baguette next. Thank you so much for posting!

A wonderful recipe! Can't believe I haven't rated this yet - it was the first recipe I tried from 'Zaar. The red pepper flakes really make this. Be careful - it's so addictive. I love to eat it with Triscuits and raw veggies.
