Made this earlier this morning for us to have for supper tonight, but I keep having to taste it "one more time". I know DH will love it. I used "fake" lobster meat in place of the shrimp 'cause that is what was on hand, really good! Also added more tomato than called for just 'cause i've got alot right now and we love them. Going to serve it with a salad of mixed greens and some hot garlic bread! Really looking forward to supper tonight, thanx to you Tootsie!

Delicious! I served this over a bed of torn romaine lettuce with crusty french bread on the side. Next time, I will probably cut back on the pasta . . . there was lots left after we picked out all the shrimp and veggies.

WOW, very very good! I followed the recipe exactly (except no red peppers) and served it over romaine lettuce topped with sliced hard boiled eggs. This recipe reminds me of Fisherman’s Wharf.

Very nice recipe that we enjoyed for a light dinner. I doubled the tomato and next time I would add even more. My DH would like me to add some olives and I thought some cucumber would be nice. Thanks Tootsie!

This was very good. I really thought that the dressing complimented the shrimp. I did think there was a little too much dressing so I added a little more pasta. Thanks for a great summer time salad.

Very tasty salad, I used bow-tie noodles. My dh, who is picky bout salads, said he enjoyed it. I was short on ranch dressing so I diluted what I had with a little milk. Look forward to making it with the correct amount of ranch next time. Thanks for posting!

I was browsing through Zaar for ideas for our Mother's Day get-together and came across this familiar recipe. I've been making this salad for several years and it's a favorite with our friends and family. The only thing I've started doing differently from the original is I add a couple teaspoons of prepared horseradish. It was my husband's idea, and people seem to like it for the extra kick it gives the salad. YUM!

The flavor of the sauce isn't bad, but it overpowers all other flavors in the dish. There is also an awful lot of the sauce- it might be better with half the amount, and more of everything else besides sauce and noodles.
