This was great & couldn't be eaiser! I had a 4 lb. roast & cooked it overnight, maybe 12 1/2-13 hrs. Just 2 hrs after adding cola & sauce. DH ate 3 at one sitting. Great w/coleslaw and baked beans.

Solid Gold Stars! Super easy recipe! Followed recipe to a "t",and started late at night to cook the 10 hours, then added the BBQ sauce (KC Masterpiece honey) and pepsi, cooked 5 more hours until it Absolutely fell apart. DH couldn't quit eating it. Says it's the best yet! I will be repeating this, and may expirement with different meats. Thanks Tish, for this super easy Super good recipe.

I thought this recipe was fun and easy. You should have seen the looks I got when I opened the cola! I liked the flavor of the sauce- it didn't over-power the pork. I did add some chopped onion. Will certainly make this again.

At last I got around to doing this recipe. I used a beef roast as I did not have a pork one handy. I also carmelized some onions and added it with some garlic. I used homemade BBQ sauce and the result was terrific. Also had some "planed overs" for the freezer. Thanks Tish.

What an easy, forget-about-it recipe! I started it around 8:00 at night and let it go all night. In the morning I added the cola and BBQ and let it go till noon. Now, if I had read the instructions it would have been good, but I failed to drain off the liquid before adding the other stuff, so it was pork soup. So I drained off everything, added more cola and BBQ, and cooked it some more. After 16 hours, it was still great!! I had planned to freeze it, but DH had to leave in a hurry and needed something quick, so a bit of it got eaten fresh. I'm freezing the rest before it gets away!!!!

Really good and too simple not to try! I used a total of 4 1/2 pounds pork roast and poured a can of coke over it in Step 2 and again in Step 5 with the bar-b-q sauce. I plan on making another large batch to serve at a this weekend. I think it will go over well! The only reason I did not give it a 5 yet is that I am pregnant and the smell of it cooking wasn't sitting right with me. It tasted really good and I'm willing to bet it was just my overly sensitive sense of smell right now.

Very good! I added 1 cup of apple butter as well. An idea that came to me from that crockpot apple butter ribs recipe. Simple and easy! Thank you!

Tish, this was soooo easy and wow, it tastes soooo great! I threw a lean 2 1/2 pould pork roast into the crockpot at about 10:30 last night and let it cook in the soda until about 7AM this morning. It smelled wonderful and even woke me up around 3AM smelling so wonderful. It shredded beautifully too. I added a bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ sauce and let it cook on low for about another hour. I made this for my friends to put in their freezer, but I snagged a few bites and I am so happy I did! This is a keeper, thanks!

This was great! I thought it might be too sweet for my DH's taste, but he loved it (as well as I). Kids didn't care for it - oh well, more for us. I used two 2 lb. roasts and cooked them about 14 hours (that's when I had time to pull the pork). I did put about 1/2 cup of water in with the pork because I wasn't sure if they would dry out or stick to the bottom. Had plenty of juice when they were done. After pulling the pork, added other ingredients and cooked about 5 hours and served. Wonderful! I froze enough for at least 3 more dinners. Thanks for the receipe Tish!
