OH MY GOD! Finally a chicken pot pie recipe that makes your family think you've spent forever in the kitchen making it! My husband and kids loved it! My husband calls from work at least once a week asking me to make it! It was extremely easy and affordable. I use boneless chicken breasts only, cut into tiny pieces. My husband also suggested using herb flavored cream of chicken soup(Campbell's) It was even better than the first time I made it. (Of course, he's better in the kitchen than I am!) Thanks bunches! This was the best pot pie I have ever had. I will never buy a frozen one again. The one thing I changed was I use turkey ( since I had so much left over from Thanksgiving)instead of the chicken but I will try the chicken next time. Plus it is very easy to make and cheap.. Thanks, Lori S

!!!!UPDATE!!!! I made this last night I 2 can not follow a recipe to the letter i adjust. I added 6 small potatoes peeled and sliced 4 carrots peeled and sliced ( i knew that food processor would come in handy), 1/2 small onion can of corn can of peas and instead of potato soup( didnt have any) cream of mushroom and about 8 oz of mild cheddar cheese and i had some sour cram about 4 tblsp that i needed to use and a shake or 2 of lemon pepper. Now for the crust lol i had those cheap store brand 2 pie crusts in pie tins. I thawed them out and i couldnt get the crust out of the one for the top so I placed it on top and pinched the sides as best i could. cooked for about 30 minutes then pulled the top pie tin off then cooked for another 30 minutes Hubby wasnt home yet so i pulled it out of oven it sat about 1 hr then i put back in oven at low about 225 and warmed up for about 15-20 minutes (oven was still warm)OMG EXCELENT!!!!! also this made enough for 2 pies i did same thing put the top on with the pie tin and wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and froze it. We loved this recipe and DH ate 3 helpings so now me and daughter get to fight over the leftovers for lunch!!!!!!!

Let me start out by saying that I used crescent roll dough instead of a pie crust and my "pot pie" only had a top crust. I made the filling exactly as stated except the I did use a can of fat free chicken soup because that is what I had in the cabinet. This was a very delicious and filling recipe. I will definitely be making this over and over again. Thanks for posting!!

This is the first time I have made any kind of pot pie and it was wonderful. My husbanad had to make himself stop eating it so he could have leftovers. My kids enjoyed it too. Thanks for posting.

This was FABULOUS!!! I did make a few changes: I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and added about 1/4 cup of milk. I also threw 2 potatoes in the microwave, and once they were done, I peeled and diced them, and mixed them into the rest of the ingredients. Also, I had WAY too much filling to fit into my 9 inch pie plate, so I cooked it in my 1 1/2 quart round casserole dish, and it turned into a DEEP DISH POT PIE!!!! It baked for about 1 hour and was PERFECT! We had to loosen the buttons on our pants after this meal! Thanks for a great recipe!!!

Fantastic! I had high hopes for this recipe, and I was not disappointed! I loved my mother's Chicken Pot Pie growing up and was a little nervous about how this would turn out compared to hers. (She would take all day, making everything from scratch.) Let me just say, this recipe was wonderful! It tasted like I was in the kitchen all day...and I wasn't! The only thing I changed was that I used two small red potatoes because I only had one cup of leftover Thanksgiving turkey and I wanted to bulk it out. Since I did that, I substituted the can of cream of potato for a can of cream of celery. It was a huge hit!

I have to respectfully disagree that this didn't have good flavour. We LOVE this recipe in our house. It's perfect! I've made it exactly as posted most times but tonight I added a celery stalk and a couple red skinned potatoes. Thanks for the great recipe!

Oh my! Certainly not a WW recipe but, oh how yummy! Made it with left over turkey and served with a green salad and a glass of wine. I'll be making this one again and again.

This is one of my favorite recipes! So easy and tastes like it took alll day to make. We add cheese and use the flavored cream of chicken soup also. This is a quick to make family favorite. Sheryl
