Leta, Leta me tell you! This recipe is perfect for when you have a gang for brunch, lunch, watching THE game or for dinner. It is tasty, rib sticking and easy - what a combination. I love the fact that you can do ahead (even overnight) and just pop it into the oven. I scaled the recipe down to less than half and had no problems so it is very versatile as well. I used Gouda & cheddar and Oktoberfest sausage and cut the sausage into 1" chunks I loved the topping - it is just the right finishing touch. If you are looking for a recipe to feed a gang you won't go wrong with this one - Thank-you Leta!!!

I have made this recipe and it is wonderful. It takes a bit more energy than some of the breakfast casseroles but well worth it. Yummy, Yummy.

i made thislast christmas for a family brunch. It was easy and my 2 year old daughter enjoyed helping me make it. Five people have asked for the recipe and my veryu picky father in law willnot come for christmas unless i make this again! LOL! the topping wasnt necessary but still good.

This is one of the best breakfast casseroles I've tasted. The tomato topping wasn't our favorite, but we tend to like a little more kick with a dob of sour cream and some hot sauce. This is a great recipe thanks for sharing.
