Fantastic!!! This was great on the "Lower Carb Pancakes for One" recipe # 89493. I used splenda sweetener instead of the sugar & only about 1/4 cup. This is a much better healthy alternative than syrup & soooo delicious!! Thanks!

Yum! This is an easy & very tasty recipe for blueberry syrup. I cut the amount in half & used slightly less sugar than was called for. Next time, I will probably cut the sugar in half. I'll bet a squirt or two of lemon juice would be a nice addition. Thanks, Sue, for another winner!

The best ever. I will never buy store bought again. I have made it just about every weekend. I have tried strawberry to. It is great. I love the idea of knowing exactly what is in it. Not to sweet at all. I used 1/2 cup of sugar and it was great. Thank you for posting.

This was so great! I used 3/4 cup of Splenda instead of sugar and a pinch of flour to thicken it. DH loved it!

SO good! I subbed splenda for the sugar, but next time would use maybe 3/4c. as it as a tad too sweet. I also added some lemon juice in an attempt to tarted it up, that I would keep in. I thickened it ever so slightly with a little cornstarch so my pancakes wouldn't get soggy too fast. This is the first time in ages I have had pancakes since I can no longer find my light fruit flavored syrups and maple is NOT for me! I have some leftover to put in the freezer for future treats! Thank you for sharing this!

I was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed this syrup! I followed the recipe exactly. It wasn't too sweet...I thought it was perfect. My husband and kids absolutely loved it as well. And it's so simple we will definitely be making it again soon! Thanks for the recipe!

i searched through the recipes for blueberry syrup and had a few ideas in mind. so i used this recipe as my base, but i halved it. i added in maybe half a tsp of lemon juice and since i live in an indian household, a stick of cinnamon and one whole clove. the end product: an aromatic flavorful sauce that reminds me of christmas! thanks for the recipe!

This really hit the spot tonight. For so few ingrediants it tastes great. Perfect amount of sweetness. Will make again!
