Love my burgers and often have one every Saturday night - Well this one is up there with the good ones. I cut the recipe back to 1 pattie and that may be why that it would have been difficult to have the pattie hang together to BBQ it - I took no chances and pan fried it. It was excellent in the pan but I do wonder if it would have hung together on the BBQ. Neat thing to make up the burger patties ahead of time - Thanks NurseDi for a super Saturday Night Burger.

Loved all the flavors in this burger! I used real bacon bits rather than preparing my own bacon, but they provided a nice smoky flavor. Though I used cheddar cheese, I think these would be great with blue cheese too. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

First,I must say I don't like mushrooms,but I do like these bugers.Now this is how I did them,I mixed up all the ingredients, I had no green onions so I used finely chopped sweet onions,had no mushroom slices,so used the same amount of mushroom pieces and stems.I have no grill so I had to pan fry,and they turned out so moist and juicy.I served these with Easy Baked Potato Wedges and Baked Beans made a great meal. These will be made again,and Thank You for posting.

Very Very good! I didn't have any Soy sauce but these still came out Really good! I also didn't have the green onion, but used white onion instead.. Thank you for a great recipe.

These were good burgers...I would have given a 4.5 if I could have. They were hard to handle and I fried them because I don't think they would have held together on the BBQ. I will try thme again and use a Burger rack to hold them if I have to and BBQ them...I'm sure that would help alot. Thanks
