this dish was awesome! i used pre-cooked shrimp and it came out pretty tasty. it had lots of liquid so i just threw in some spaghetti noodles and it soaked up all the juices. i'm going to make this once a week.

Shrimp is one of my top 5 favorite foods. This recipe was so great, PanNan. Has all the wonderful spiciness of cajun shrimp but without all the fat from butter. The recipe doubled with no problem. Ate it along with salad and bread, of course. Thanks for an excellent meal.

Quick, easy and oh so good. The only way I can think of improving this is to first saute a little fresh garlic in the pan and then add the shrimp. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Very yummy- we did these last night with some scallops as well and it all turned out nicely. Spicy, messy, smelled good, tasted better.

These have a flavor that is similar to blackened seasonings. However, it is much healthier by not cooking with so much butter. The flavor sears with the shrimp and is just outstanding! Thanks!

Updated: I knew when I made this the first time that I would be back making it again and again....well last night I needed a quickie shrimp dish with lots of flavor.... so it was PanNan to the rescue. This recipe is so fast and easy and has SO much flavor! Thanks for sharing it Nan! previous review.... Great simple, fast and tasty main dish. LOVE shrimp. No clue about the liquid. None here to speak of. Would have liked MORE garlic and will try that way next time. Definitely will be a next time. Thanks for EVERYTHING PanNan!

Yummmm..... I actually used this recipe for tiger shrimp that would be used in Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was spectactular. I actually sauteed them, and then popped them in my steam oven to finish cooking so they were extra juicy. Great Flavor!!!

Excellent shrimps!! I simply followed the recipe without any changes and it was great. I did cook them outside on my BBQ burner.....this way the house doesn't get all smoked up!! Thanks PanNan.

I love how quickly this recipe came together. After sauteeing, I drained the liquid and added the shrimp to alfredo sauce. Served over linguini with salad and garlic bread, it made a delightful meal. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
