This is a great make-ahead dessert to serve guests. A perfect ending to just about any meal. I love the combination of the pineapple and lemon. Very flavorful and easy to make. Thanks again Renegade for another gread dish.

A very quick and easy dessert. The best part is that the ingredients are either canned or frozen so you can always have them on hand and throw this dessert together with little notice. Perfect summer treat.

this is so easy. it is a great ending to a meal. it is refrshing and light. sometimes i put it in a graham cracker crust and serve it as a pie. my family just loves this at anytime of year. thanks renegade for this flavorful ending to a meal

Easy, light, and tastey! I made it as a pie in a graham cracker crust. Had enough filling left over to make two large single serve desserts also. The lemon and pineapple really compliment each other in taste. Thank you Renegade!

this is very light and refreshing. i think i had it all mixed up in less than five minutes! my guys all really liked it and i'll be keeping the ingredients on hand for a quick and delicious dessert.

What a wonderful refreshing dessert. This recipe was almost too simple. I loved that it only took me 5 minutes to throw together. My husband who doesn't normally like lemon desserts had a pretty good helping of it last night. I already know this isn't the last time I'll be making this dessert and next time I'm thinking about adding a package of cream cheese!
