These wings are so good! I wanted crispy wings and I got them with no frying! I sprayed my baking pan with PAM and instead of rolling the chicken in the butter I just melted it right into the pan and turned the wings after 23 minutes, baked them for 45 and they were exceptional, cripsy, juicy, delicious! On a few of them I added lots of cayenne. These are my favourite wings so far.

My son doesn't eat any fish, and since it's Christmas eve and we have the traditional Italian Seafood dinner, I was looking for a quick and easy chicken recipe for my son to eat and came across your recipe. I have always used the deep fryer when making chicken wings because everyone loves them crispy, but NO MORE. These wings came out crispy and delicious! Didn't even have to put anything else on them. I put the flour and spices in a gallon size zip lock bag, instead of a bowl and just shaked and baked! Thank you so much marie for a truly delicious and easy recipe! Italianmomof2

This is my second time making this. The first time, I think my 3lbs of wings were too much for the flour called for and they were good, but not as I expected. Well, this time, I added an additional 1/3 cup of flour with onion powder, garlic powder and lawry's seasoning salt and they turned out perfect! I also omitted the butter and just sprayed my pan with cooking spray. I then sprayed the wings with cooking spray once i placed them onto the pan and it worked perfect! I can't wait until my dh tries them. i am sure he will enjoy them! Thanks for this recipe!

I made this recipe several times now. Perfect wings each time. After baking I put them in a paper bag, sprinkle hot sauce (do not like real hot) and shake. Family just loves them. Can't make enough.

Very easy and very tasty! I didn't have any paprika so I left that out. Served with ranch dressing as a dipping sauce and it was great!

Delicious recipe! We doubled it for the amount of chicken wings we had, used Hot Hungarian Paprika, and left the tips on the wings (personal preference), and they were delicious. The only thing we would change is to use a little less butter to coat the wings for cooking. They were nice and spicy on their own, and our friends (kids included) loved them. We'll definitely make these again - easy and delicious!

Have made these several times and they always come out great. Perfect for a buffet table....are quick to make and bake. Sometimes add cayenne pepper to the flour. I use part vegetable oil and part butter.

These are OUTSTANDING! I bought frozen chicken wings, made them exactly as written and then topped them off with melted butter mixed with Frank's Hot Sauce. Served with Jalepeno Ranch Dressing and it was perfect!
