I followed the directions exactly and it was a very easy recipe to throw together, however, the chicken got dried out and the stuffing wasn't very moist. The flavor was good, but i don't think that I"ll make this one again.

I made this dish using Cream of Mushroom soup. The next time I will add some water or milk to the soup because the dressing was very dry and use Cream of Celery for more flavor. Easy dish to make. Thanks for the recipe.

This was really good! I precooked the chicken a bit before I put it in the crockpot and added 1/2 cup water to the soup mixture. Once I got it all in the crockpot I gave the stuffing and soup a good stir. It came out nice and moist. I'll be making this again!

My boyfriend and I thought this was excellent! I did add a couple of medium garlic cloves. Also, I was afraid it might burn, so I added some water, which helped. I recommend adding about 3/4 - 1 cup water. Also, might just be my crockpot, but the chicken was completey cooked in 3 hours. I will definitely make this again. I may try adding some gravy as well.

Nice and easy recipe for a family meal. Next time I would reduce the cooking time as my chicken turned out a bit dry and I will add a 1/4-1/2 cup water to help moisten the dressing.

mmmm...this was a yummy little chicken dish. I actually added a can of sliced mushrooms, and I used frozen chicken tenders. I cooked this in the oven instead of the crockpot because after I decided to make this and had everything opened, I realized I didnt have enough time to cook it in the crockpot. I cooked it on 400 for 1 hour. YUUUMMY!!! THanks Lubie!

I made tis recipe yesterday. I only put two chicken breasts in (we are a family of two) and the rest of the ingredients. I had my husband turn off the crockpot at noon and then when I got home at 6 I turned it on high for 1/2 hour, it was delish! The chicken was very moist and the stuffing was just right! It was like it came out of the oven. Fast and easy to prepare, I'll be making this again.

We enjoyed this a lot! I used bone-in thighs rather than breasts, added a tsp of poultry seasoning, and 1/2 cup of milk. I unexpectedly got home late so I put the ingredients in a greased casserole and baked it, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Thanks for a versatile and forgiving recipe, Lubie.

This was delicious! DH really like it, said he wanted it for leftovers for lunch and thats a high compliment coming from him! I was pressed for time this morning and I had all these ingredients so I thought I would give it a try. Easy and good. Give it a good stir after you place all the ingredients in the crockpot and you won't have the drying out problem. :}
