Fabulous! We really enjoyed this but there must be enough for 8! My DH and DS's cleared their plates in no time and I have to admit that I ate mine pretty quickly too because it is so good! I used smaller turkey pepperoni (about 4 ounces), red and yellow peppers, onions and the canned mushrooms. I was afraid that the pasta would get soggy, but it didn't at all. I subbed the Sausage for lighter turkey sausage and used my homeade red sauce and left out the mushrooms because I am allergic, but overall this was a nice weeknight family dinner and great kid pleaser

Wow! We loved it! I left out the olives and used regular pepperoni and it was delicious. I will be making this again! Thanks, kittycatmom!
