Just had this for dinner tonight and everyone loved it, including my 6 and 8 year old kids. The garlic makes this broccoli soup different from other broccoli soup recipes and the sour cream/lemon/parmesan cheese combination is a lovely addition. Will definitely be making this again. Perfect for busy family nights. Thanks for the recipe!
