Wow, this was really good! I wasn't sure if it would have enough flavor and was afraid it might be a little dry because there's no oil, but it was loaded with flavor and wasn't dry at all. I used a sweeter, less salty soy sauce (Aloha Brand - my favorite) and used mirin rather than sugar. I also halved the lime juice, but only because I don't like things too acidic. Cold leftovers were just as good the next day. This is such a tasty, healthy dish! Thanks for posting!
