This is a wonderful dish, and we absolutely loved it. I thought maybe the amount of lemon juice would be little too much, but it really wasn't. I used Hungarian sweet paprika, and dusted the chicken liberally. I used a combination of fresh parsley and fresh chives to sprinkle on while cooking, and a little more just before serving. The dish was very pretty, and very good. The chicken was moist. Thanks PanNan, I will be making this one again.

You've got my vote, PanNan! This chicken is yummie good! Love how easy it is to put together and bake. I sprinkled Hot Hungarian Paprika on top. Didn't have fresh parsley, so used dried. Added Mirjam's Garlic Potatoes, #13166, as a side, and we had a dandy little dinner! Thanks for sharing. Laudee

Not a bad flavor. It has a little kick from the lemon. I might try to spice it up next time with cumin instead of paprika.

This was so tasty! We all loved it — and we all felt healthy eating it too. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cooked it for 40 minutes. The buttery lemon sauce that it made was so good, not overpowering, subtle and yummy! The kids came back for more and we had no leftovers. This is an easy to prepare recipe that is definitely a keeper in my family! Thanks so much for posting this delicious recipe!

I thought this turned out well, but was a bit plain. I didn't think the lemon came through like I expected it to. I did leave the skin on the chicken. (I accidentally forgot to add the parsley.)

This was exactly what I was looking for. Lemon chicken is one of my favorites meals that my mom used to make. I prepared it for my family and it was a hit. The chicken was very juicy and tender. The lemon flavor was evident but not too strong. Perfect, I thought. Thanks PanNan.

Lemon chicken is one of my husband's favorites and we were not disappointed with the taste of this one. It was really easy to put together. We will be having this often.

My whole family enjoyed this recipe. I used lemon juice concentrate and dried parsley — because I didn't have any fresh on hand. We couldn't really taste the lemon, maybe it's because I didn't use the fresh juice. Anyway, the chicken was moist, juicy and flavorful. I covered it the last 20 minutes of baking, loosely with foil because I was afraid the top was getting too done. This was a very easy dinner to put together. Thanks, PanNan!

This recipe makes a very moist chicken. Nice flavor, and such low calorie! Didn't have fresh parsley, so just added a couple shakes of dried to each one before cooking. Thnks!
