All the little onions that were sitting in the cool basement to be used in this more then absolutely, "devour real quick, so you can get more!" I followed this exactly, except I browned my little steaks in the pan first, thus giving me a bit of tid-bits to scrap up and then adding the onions, a tablespoon of flour and the rest of the beef stock. Oh talk about "Oh yum!" Go see, you will be saying the same thing! Made for Everyday is a Holiday November 2009
