Easy, delicious and filling. What more can you ask for! I followed the directions exactly and it turned out wonderful...nice, cheesy taste. Next time I may add mushrooms and green peppers for some variation. Thanks for a great recipe!

This was great! I added some defrosted frozen spinach to the ricotta mixture, so it became like a spinach lasagna (but soooooo much easier!!!) Thanks so much for a fabulous recipe that will be repeated MANY times in our house.

Quick to make. Very easy recipe. We loved this! I made the whole recipe and put the left-over half in the freezer for another time. It tasted great! Thanks Junebug, this is a keeper!

EXCELLENT recipe!!! Tastes just like lasagna, but without all the work!!!! I browned up some ground beef and added it right to my spaghetti sauce and it made for a very nice meal. I will definately be making this recipe a lot more in the future!!!!

Wonderful and it just doesn't get any easier! This is what I made for dinner when my husband said, "By the way, nine people are coming for dinner. They'll be here at 3." I doubled the recipe, used low fat ricotta, and made it in my nonstick/hard adondized roasting pan. For those of you feeding a crowd, there was enough room for a triple recipe. Clean up was a breeze. Everyone loved this, including all of the kids so we'll be having this often. Did I mention, cheap? Why would you go out when you can make something like this just as easily? Thanks, Junebug!

Quick, easy and very tasty. I had to do a little variation since I only had half a jar of Barilla's Sweet Pepper and Garlic sauce in the fridge! To the sauce I added a 15 oz can of chopped tomatoes, an 8 oz can of tomato sauce, a little sugar, oregano, basil, bay leaf. I had a previous mixture of browned ground beef with onions and peppers in the freezer which I thawed out and added to the sauce. I cooked the sauce a little while to let the flavors blend and followed the rest of the recipe from there. Next time I may cut back a bit on the ricotta, but it really tasted very good.

Fast, easy, and delicious! I subbed cottage cheese for the ricotta as it was on sale and it worked just fine. I also sprinkled on some red pepper flakes and Italian spice mix over the sauce in step 7. Thanks for sharing Junebug!

This is an OMG recipe! I added a layer of sauteed zucchini and mushrooms and my homemade spaghetti sauce. What an easy way to make a lasagna-like casserole. I used penne pasta because that's what I had on hand and it was so good. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

Very good, feeds an army!! I think the key is mixing the ricotta and mozzarella into the warm pasta. A keeper!

Excellent!! I have two ziti recipes that I use,. One with meat, one without. This is so tasty and easy to make. Whenever I make it, instead of a 9 x 13 I use 2 loaf pans and an 8 x 8. The loaf pans are covered and put in the freezer and the 8 x 8 is dinner for us and 2 lunches for DH. The folks at his office are always envious when they smell his lunch cooking. Thanks for a great recipe
