I had boiled a batch of eggs for egg salad, but used one to make this for my son. He was so thrilled and amused at how cute it looked. He never eats boiled eggs but he actually had fun sitting and eating his "penguin". Thanks for a fun way to serve something healthy for kids.

Oh my gosh, these are adorable! I'm from Pittsburgh, home of the Stanley Cup Champion Penguins....you can't imagine how perfect these will be when we're in the playoffs again next year! Great idea.
