Easy, fast, and delicious. This looks beautiful and would make an impressive dish to serve to guests. My eggs cooked very quickly - it only took about 5 minutes for them to set and 30 seconds under the broiler. This has a great aroma as well as it cooks. I used the fresh basil. Yum!

This came out just beautifully — so pretty! I used diced green onion instead of sliced onion and fresh basil from my garden. Also 2 eggs and a half cup of Eggbeaters instead of 4 eggs. Yum! Just a delightful recipe.

I guess I prefer my fritattas baked. I needed the whole 15 minutes to cook and it got a bit rubbery on the outside and a bit custard-like toward the center. It was beautiful to look at - gorgeous presentation and the mix of flavors was fine.

Lovely light fritatta, nice Sunday breaky!! I only cooked mine covered for about 6 minutes, but I think it didn't take the 10 or 15 minutes because I don't have a small frypan, so it was quite a bit thinner than it would be in an 8 inch, and about 40 seconds under the broiler . It turned out light and fluffy and the combination of onion, tomato, basil and parmesan was just perfect. Wonderful taste!! Thanks for sharing we will be making this one again.

Very good! We had the fritatta for brunch last weekend. I used 6 eggs, green onions and adjusted the other ingredients. It turned out perfectly and it was a big hit with my boys. I served it with Lenny's Plethora of Peppers on the side.

My first attempt at a frittata and it turned out great! I was looking to use up my basil and tomatoes in a new way and this recipe is a keeper...so easy. Would be great for a brunch as well. Thanks!

Loved it Mirj - Cut back to 2 eggs and served with Chipotle Hot sauce - Lovely light dinner.
