AWESOME! This is the best shrimp and grits I have ever tasted! The sauce is flavorful from the sausage but not too much to over power the shrimp taste and the corn flavor of the grits. I have made this twice already and everyone raves about it! Thanks! I wish I could find stone-ground grits to try it with.
