The only changes I made to the salsa was to add 2T of sugar and 2T of chili powder, but other than that, this is one of the best fruit salsas I have ever tasted. Over the fish, it was exquisite. I'm just ticked at myself that I didn't cook up more fish because I was afraid of how it would turn out.
