I love rice, and I thought this was just fantastic. Very citrusy and tasty. The recipe states that it serves 6-8, but it was just enough to serve my family of 5 (with no leftovers). Thanks for sharing your recipe, susie cooks. Made for "New Kids On The Block" tag game.

REALLY, REALLY NICE TASTING RICE, & a recipe that I'll definitely make again! We really enjoyed the orange flavor here & think it would be great used with other rices as well!
