Had lost my original recipe that included powdered milk, found this recipe and tried it to make a loaf of bread in my bread machine. I have never made a better loaf of bread. used 2 cups of whole wheat flour, and 1 cup of white flour. I also used traditional yeast which i think made a huge difference. Thanks for the recipe and the perfect, light, fluffy bread we wanted.
