I didn't find this caesar like in flavor, but it IS a tasty dressing I will make again. For me it had a strong mustard-y top note; pleasant, but there. I sampled it first as a dip with raw veggies & later made it to dress a cucumber, onion, & tomato salad. There I added a pkt of splenda, black pepper, & seasoned salt. I think the dressing will be good on other salads too. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Fall '09 Pick A Chef.
