Excellant Diggy!! We really enjoyed this crispy crunchy bread!! I left out the butter, the dressing i used was quite oily, Greek and Feta dressing, it really didn't need the butter. Also used half Parmesan and half Feta cheese with some finely chopped black olives instead of Italian seasoning, had to use what i had around. This will certainly go in my hard copy book, we will make this often, thanks for sharing!!

MMMMMMMMM...This was great. I made it exactly as written and we were all really happy with the results. Very tasty! I didn't have any blue cheese dressing so I made my own using Blue Cheese Salad Dressing and it turned our perfectly. I will be making this one again to be sure, thanks!

What a great change for garlic bread, the Parmesan gave it a lovely crunch, and so easy! Served this with steaks and got rave comments from my husband and son. A definite keeper.

This bread is SO good! I made it exactly as written and my family wiped it out. So quick and easy to make so it's perfect for one of our after-work crockpot spaghetti dinners. Thanks Diggy for another excellent recipe!

Very tasty Diggy. I made this last night to have with Vegetable Lasagne, and it was indeed a success. Next time I would use a Ciabatta loaf and leave out the butter or just spread it lightly over the bread. Will definitely make this again good recipe..

This bread was SOOOO good! I substituted ranch dressing for the bleu cheese dressing. Diggy, thanks for sharing the recipe. I will make this again and again.

Oh yes - this was good! I mixed the melted butter & blue cheese dressing together - then spread on a crusty Italian loaf with a pastry brush. We enjoyed it as a side to Pasta Neapolitan, Pasta Neapolitan. Thanx Diggy!

Wow! This was wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly, and served it with Creamy Pink Vodka Sauce with Penne (Creamy Pink Vodka Sauce with Penne). Terrific! I'm on a real blue cheese kick lately, so this really hit the spot! I love garlic, but on this bread, I didn't miss it at all.

we really enjoyed this! it's just dh and i, so i used 1/2 a loaf. I cut the recipe in half, using 2 tablespoons asiago peppercorn dressing, sprinkled bleu cheese crumbles on top of that, used the full 1/4 c parm, and used lots of cracked black pepper. dh and i both loved it!! it was gone in seconds! will make again and again... thanks for this easy, cheesy keeper!
