Super, duper! I've never seen the garlic sauted in a recipe like this, but wow... what a differnce it made. Used these tasty Indiana tomatoes and just dried garlic. YUmmmy! Made ofr 09 summer veggie swap.

    absolutely delicious and so refreshing. Loved it, and loved every single thing in this salad. I am very shocked that it has only 1 review before me. I will make this often. Thank you for posting. Made for Photo Tag Forum Game
