I made this on the stovetop rather than the grill. I chose to peel the mango and slice it, spooning the toffee flavored sauce over top and adding a scoop of ice cream. We love the roller coaster of flavors swirling around our mouths, but felt it a bit too sweet so we would lower the sugar amount next time. This is a great recipe worth trying. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I love teh idea of Bananas Foster but don't enjoy thetaste of banana so this dish really was for me! I used Cognac instead of bourbon and it came out great!
