I love eating this when it's cold out (and I had it for breakfast this morning!) - but just a hint, if you're not in the mood for steaming, just put it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a lid (I just make it in a tupperwear bowl and cover it), and microwave for 5 minutes! Comes out just the same, and it's so much easier! I also tend to use fish sauce instead of the salt to add a little extra flavor. Yum!
