What a great light summer lunch this made. I used a scant tsp of Splenda brown for the sugar and fat free sour cream while adding a few drops of vanilla. Yummm. As Debbie said this would be great with any fruit or berries and it takes no time at all to make.

I thought this would be okay...it was TERRIFIC. I used fat free sour cream so mine was a little on the thin side consistency wise, but didn't miss the fat flavor at all. Personally, I think the sauce portion is more like for four as just a couple of teaspoons was more than adequate on my strawberries (5)and peaches (1) I had for breakfast this morning.

Made & reviewed for Ramadan tag 2009 in the NA*ME forum. I managed to get some beautiful fresh figs, grapes & apples for a great bargain at the local market yesterday & wanted to use them in this recipe. I added banana & strawberries to them & the dessert was absolutely delcicious. I did add a little honey to the sour cream along with the brown sugar & sprinkled some finely chopped walnuts over the top of the whole dish. Yum! Thanks Debb for a lovely dessert.

Oh so good! :D I used cherries, kiwi and banana for my fruit mix. I used plain yogurt, strained, in place of the sour cream. This was terrific and I'll be making it again and again, and sharing it with my friends! Thanks, Debbie, for a yummy way to eat fruit!

Since I have yogurt/fruit/granola most days for my lunch I thought I'd give this a go and try it with your suggested sourcream. It made a nice change of taste. I used a strawberry/peach combo with a sprinkling of my granola and then a blend of cinnamon/flaxseed/brownsugar that I keep on hand in a small container for my oatmeal etc. A nice change-up and one I"ll remember

I got mixed reviews. I enjoyed it, but my son didn't. Maybe I should add vanilla next time. We ate this with strawberries and blueberries. Thanks Debb

Wow Debbwl Loved this simple to make recipe. What a great taste treat this was. I served it over fresh blueberries, nectarines and bananas. It elevates the fruit salad to another level. I will be using this topping often. We really enjoyed this sweet and tangy dressing. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.

No wonder it's your favourite way to eat fruit! I used red plums and green grapes and nonfat sour cream. If you want to know, it's only 2.5 WW points, which is a bonus. After hearing of using sour cream and brown sugar from coworkers, I can see what all the buzz is about! Made for Everyday's a Holiday. Thanks!

I've gone to Fruit Heaven. Debbie, this is amazing. I used the Fat Free sour creme on blueberries, peaches and cherries. Everyone HAS to try this. This is going to be a regular....VERY regular item in my house. Made for the Auzzie/NZ Recipe Swap #31

I had never tried the sour cream/ brown sugar combination before and I have been seriously missing out! The flavour combination was absolutely wonderful. This would be sublime over fresh peaches. Certainly one I'll be making again and again! Thanks!
