I made this last night it was a BIG hit . My 3yr old who has refused any mashed potato dish ate it all . I will make this again thank you

Giving this a top rating because I have eaten a lot of "hudspud". Probably a recipe out there somewhere but my mother made these often growing up in Northern Ireland. She also added turnip. Didn't have a name for them before! A dash of nutmeg is good or some chopped cooked bacon (or bacon bits). Thanks for submitting.
