These are awesome! I cut the recipe down to serve two and used hot Mexican tomato sauce. This whips up quick and is easy to prepare. I used Award Winning Guacamole for the guacamole and the end result was delicious. Two tacos is plenty per serving. Thanks for posting.

This was delicious, i made it slightly differently using lavender lynns nairobi rub on chicken then cooking it. It was so good i thought it would be perfect in a taco and it was. I lowered the tomato sauce and used fresh tomatoes instead

Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag. What a great way to use leftover cooked chicken. I'm always looking for different ways to use cooked chicken (get tired of casseroles). Loved the flavor of the sauce along with the guac and sour cream. These make a great week night dinner as they are quick and easy! Thanks for posting this Debb!

These were simple to prepare and really tasty. I love guacamole and sour cream, so nice additions. Chicken is a nice switch from beef for a change.

Simple and delicious! I omitted the salt and used a whole wheat tortilla (personal preference). It was great! Nice little kick from the jalapeno and a nice blend of flavors all together. Thanks for sharing!

I loved these...I knew they were destined to be good when I saw the pickled jalapeno in the ingredients list-one of my favorite flavors to season with! We served them on both grilled corn and flour tortillas-IMO the corn tortillas really complimented the chicken filling. Thanks for posting- will now be keeping 8 oz cans of tomato sauce in the pantry as a staple
