Made this for a crafting luncheon the other day and it was very well received(no leftovers and 2 requests for the recipe!). I used Pepperjack cheese as that's what I had, but followed the recipe otherwise. The next time I make this I think I'll seed and chop the tomatoes, not as pretty a presentation perhaps, but much neater to eat that way! Thanks for posting this, I'm sure I'll make it often.
