Wonderfully moist muffins. I substituted applesauce for all of the oil. My family loved them. I did get 16 large muffins from this recipe. Thanks for the recipe.

My husband loved these! They were simple to make out of ingredients on hand (always a plus!) and tasted delicious. I did have leftover streusel topping, but I saved it in the refrigerator for our next batch!
