This was really good. I don't like turkey, much less ground turkey, but with the cayenne and worcestershire sauce, it hid that "turkey" taste. I didn't measure anything. I used more than a pinch of cayenne, more worcestershire sauce and I used dehydrated onions and refrigerated minced garlic.
