I had two bags of chips. One chocolate chip, and one peanut butter chocolate chip. Weekend Cooker and I agreed that they both were very good, we prefer the chocolate chip variety. The peanut butter was done in 20 min., and the chocolate chip were done in just over 15 minutes. Great quick cookies with great taste. Made 4 Potluck tag.

These turned out spendidly although a bit different than a normal choco-chip cookie...hence the name. These didn't flatten like most but stayed in ball form until about 5 minutes left of baking I flattened them slightly with a spatula. I"ll say this a first time for me using honey in a choco-chip cookie recipe. A nice addition. I like the idea of cutting back on the sugar amount but keeping with the sweet factor by the addition of the honey. I got 16 cookies that baked perfectly in 16 minutes. Made for SweetTraditions tag.

I loved these Loula! Crunchity Crispity! Perfect for dunking in a glass of ice cold milk (which I propose can and should only be done with a cookie of a certain texture!)! Made for Holiday tag October 2009!
