This was an uncomplicated and tastey dish. I did, however, substitute cream for the milk and cream cheese. I'm sure this had a profound effect on the taste ... and that it would only taste better with the cream cheese. Thanks for a simple, classy recipe! (You'll see in my pic, I put the sauce on the egg noodles — yum!)
