Made this recipe pretty much as written, but did use a rounded teaspoon of fresh orange zest, & grilled pork chops using this marinade! This was a very nice combo of flavors & the recipe IS a keeper, for sure! [Tagged, made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]
