Excellent dish! The only deviation: I had chicken breast bits (tenders and trimmings from making roulades and chicken parmesan) and used those, so my chicken was not of totally uniform size and shape. Happily I could use fresh basil from our own plants. I also used homemade puff pastry and I made my pasties smaller--sort of cocktail size-- so that my bake time was closer to 15 minutes. forgot to review this, it was wonderful!! One thing i did was sub rotisserie chicken for the breasts because it was easy

INCREDIBLE!!!! So good and so easy! DH went nuts over this! I only made 2 puffs and froze the rest of the filling and made more later and it was just as good! Thank you so much for this recipe. And my DH thanks you as well!
