A great healthy recipe that my kids loved! I also used frozen blueberries and they worked great. I will be making a bunch of these for the freezer for school lunches.

These turned out to be really nice muffins, although I had some serious doubts while I was making them. I'm not much of a muffin maker so I wasn't sure if the margarine would mix well if all the ingredients were dumped in together. I ended up mixing the margarine, eggs and yogurt together, blending all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then dumping the dry into the wet and folding just until moistened. At this point I had what looked like a soft cookie dough instead of a batter. I used a cookie scoop to portion the dough into the muffin tin, then had to pat the dough into the cups because it was just sitting there in mounds. It wasn't looking too promising but I popped the tin into the oven anyway. As it turns out, the muffins rose nicely (although not a whole lot) and the texture inside was nice and soft like a muffin should be. I love the way the top gets all crunchy from the high oven temp and the fact that the muffin isn't overly sweet. Now that I know what to expect, I'll be using this as my go-to recipe whenever I want to make a nice, healthy muffin!

If I could give these 10 stars I would!! These were excellent muffins. I made a double batch and made half regular size muffins and the other half mini-muffins. I used frozen blueberries and thawed them out before adding to the batter- they worked well. Thanks for sharing such a great (and low fat!) recipe!!!

Delicious! I made a few small changes to make them just a little sweeter for the kids. A healthy and quick breakfast for the kids. Thanks for sharing.

These were very good. I had to use regular sugar since I was out of brown sugar and they still turned out great.

Yummy! These are really pretty, as well as delicious. I didn't have 8 oz. of nonfat yogurt so I used regular yogurt. I also didn't fill the muffin cups very much, and they rose to a nice size anyway. Thanks for a delicous healthy treat!

Very good muffins, used frozen blueberries from the freezer--no problem. Rose beautifully, will be freezing some to take out for breakfasts. Very nice recipe!
