This glaze is tasty as written! I can't wait to try it on my grilled chicken tonight. The flavors are sweet, with the rum undertone, and the spiciness of the jerk seasoning thrown in! Thanks, Pneuma, for sharing a great recipe. Made for ZWT 5.

Fabulous glaze, delicious on pineapple but could well be used for ribs etc. Made for ZWT5
